Modi is afraid of a big blow if he loses in Raj: Randhawa | Jaipur News – Times of India

Jaipur: Senior Congress leader Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa said on sunday Prime Minister Narendra Modi Often visits Rajasthan because of his fears that his party’s defeat in the state could potentially cause a more significant blow across the country.

He expressed this view during a program organized on the occasion of Jaipur Gramin Congress president Gopal Meena assuming office. State in-charge Randhawa said, “Prime Minister since January. Modi Has visited Rajasthan five times and their meeting is fixed in Sikar on 27th July. Assembly elections are due in the state later this year. They fear that if the BJP loses the upcoming elections here, it will result in their defeat across the country.
Randhawa hit out at the BJP, alleging that the party intends to undo the progress achieved by former prime ministers Indira Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Lal Bahadur Shastri and Manmohan Singh. Randhawa also pointed out that the Prime Minister has been ignoring the situation in Manipur, especially the women’s parade, for the last three months and only communicates through ‘Mann Ki Baat’.

He appreciated the achievements of the Congress government in Rajasthan.
