26 parties of the opposition have formed an alliance named INDIA to compete with the NDA (National Democratic Alliance). Full form is – Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance. Rahul Gandhi said that this fight is between NDA and INDIA. On the other hand, a meeting of 38 NDA parties was held under the chairmanship of PM Modi in Delhi. 2. Money of 10 crore people trapped in Sahara will be returned; Started with ₹5,000 crore and 4 crore investors
Home Minister Amit Shah launched ‘Sahara Refund Portal’ in Delhi. Through this, the trapped money of 10 crore people who invested in 4 co-operative societies of Sahara India will be returned. Starting with Rs 5,000 crore and 4 crore investors. Investors will have to apply on the portal, within 45 days of doing so the money will be directly transferred to the account.
Why this news is important: The four societies of Sahara Group were formed between 2010 and 2014. These societies raised over Rs 86,000 crore from 10 crore investors. Maximum investors are from Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh.
3. Seema Haider shifted to ATS safe house; Friend request was also sent to Indian soldiers
Seema Haider and her boyfriend Sachin were questioned by the ATS for more than 11 hours.
