In Tripura, 67-year-old CPIM MLA Samsul Haque passed away late on Tuesday night at GBP Hospital. He was the MLA from Boxnagar assembly constituency. It is being told that he died due to a heart attack. He became the first MLA in the 2023 Tripura Assembly elections.

Explosion near security forces vehicle in Pakistan’s Peshawar, 8 injured
