Rath Yatra will be taken out in the city on June 20.
Devotees are busy giving final touches to the chariot on which the idols of Lord Balabhadra, Lord Jagannath and Goddess Subhadra will be placed.
“Lord Jagannath will wear attractive Rajasthani attire and the silver crown of Vrindavan. Yatra will be taken out from Zero Road Arya Building. The main chariot is 16 feet long and 12 feet wide,” the co-coordinator of the yatra Rajesh Kesarwani told TOI.
All deities, including Lord Varah, Govardhan, Krishna, Narsingh, Ram, Narayan, Trivikrim, Hanuman and Rudra Will be dressed in traditional and attractive Rajasthani clothes.
chariot, known as Nandi The Ghosha chariot will have 16 wheels, the Trailokyamohini flag and four horses: Shankha, Balahak, Suveta, Haridasva. Devotees will pull the chariot with a conch shell rope.
