Priyanka Chopra Jonas reaffirms her status as a trailblazer, bridging cultures and inspiring audiences worldwide with her every project. She recently joined forces with Barry Avrich for his upcoming documentary, ‘Born Hungry.’
In a recent announcement on her Instagram, Priyanka revealed her collaboration with Avrich’s documentary, expressing her deep connection to the poignant narrative it portrays.

In her post, she mentioned – “Aligning with stories and filmmakers that have the ability to move the audience by having a unique point of view is what we always look for at @purplepebblepictures. @barryavrich22’s new feature documentary, Born Hungry is exactly that. I was so moved by Sash’s incredible story of resilience and determination, and also that it is an amazing rendition of an extremely sensitive story, it was a no-brainer for us to collaborate. ‘Born Hungry’ tells the real-life story of Sash Simpson, a young Indian boy who endured profound challenges, including separation from his family, and embarked on a remarkable journey from the streets of Chennai to becoming a renowned chef in Canada.

Further, as she continues to make waves in Hollywood, Priyanka is currently filming for the action-comedy film ‘Heads of State,’ alongside a stellar cast including John Cena, Carla Gugino, and Idris Elba.
