These police officers will work in conjunction with village vigilance committees during the night. Their full focus will be on stopping the smuggling of arms and drugs through drones from Pakistan.

If a drone drops drugs or weapons anywhere, the response team will take action immediately. Punjab Police is working on this project in other districts of the state as well. Narendra Bhargava, DIG of Amritsar Border Range, said that his effort is to completely crack down on arms and drug smuggling. Let us inform that the Border Security Force (BSF) personnel are also guarding the Pakistan border in Punjab.

Let us tell you that the activity of drones had increased a lot in the border districts of Punjab for some time. After this, a high-level meeting of Punjab Police officials was held regarding this matter.
