Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani is all set to hit the theaters on July 28.
The love story of Rocky and Rani starring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh is all set to hit the theaters soon. Ahead of its release, the lead actors are promoting heavily. The actors started in Vadodara, and later in Delhi, then Kanpur and Bareilly for entertainment events and engagements with fans and media. Now the actor is back in the Bay. Some time ago Paparazzi captured him outside Mumbai airport.
In the pictures, Ranveer and Alia flashed their brightest smiles as the paparazzi captured them. While Alia looked lovely in a pink sweatshirt which had ‘Team Rocky and Rani’ printed on it, along with a pair of blue wide-leg denim trousers. Ranveer, on the other hand, looked dapper in a white T-shirt, which he teamed with baggy green denims.

Recently, at a fan event, Alia revealed her husband Ranbir Kapoor’s reaction to the trailer and songs of RRKPK. He shared that Ranbir was involved in the making of the Karan Johar-directed film as he narrated the songs to him even before its release. “Ranbir loved the trailer. In general, he is a big fan of Pritam da. Together they have given their biggest hits. Karan (Johar), Pritam da and Ranbir together have given a wonderful album. I have been narrating the songs to Ranbir since the time the songs were being made,” she told us.
“When he heard Tum Kya Miley and Kya Jhumka, he said, ‘That’s cool, it’s going to really work.’ When I am working on a film, with my enthusiasm, I take her on trips even if she has other work to do,” said Alia.
During the event, Ranveer Singh also told that his wife Deepika Padukone is also very excited about this film. “Deepika is really excited and looking forward to watching the film. She loved the trailer and understands what it means to me to play the lead in Karan Johar’s directorial. It is a great thing. He is one of the eminent filmmakers of our country. She knows it means a lot to me and she is very excited for me. He is very excited to see this performance. She keeps singing songs around the house. I can’t wait for her to watch the film and know what she thinks about it.”
Rocku and Rani’s love story also stars veteran actors Shabana Azmi, Dharmendra and Jaya Bachchan, who play the roles of Rocky and Rani’s grandparents. The cast also includes acclaimed Bengali actors Churni Ganguly and Tota Roy Chowdhury, who play Rani’s parents. The film is all set to release in theaters on 28th July.
