Abhaychandra Jain said that the youth Patience Jain, Mallik Jain and Shine Jain was being targeted by activists who have vested interests.
“Since this is a matter related to our community, I have to clarify. Activists have attacked our community. In the last 12 years, he made this murder an opportunity to earn money. An activist is behind the allegations leveled against the youth and he is doing this for financial gain.
Dheeraj Shetty said that although the High Court and the CBI court have given a clean chit to the three youths, the activists are making allegations against the community members with a hidden agenda.
Dheeraj Jain said, “We have also undergone brain mapping and polygraph test by CBI in March 2015 in connection with the case. Our names were not mentioned in the charge sheet filed by CBI in October 2015.”
