Talking about the female cast, Sudha Murthy told The Indian Express that she watched her first film in 1958 and has been a fan of Vyjanthimala ever since. She said that she also likes Nargis and finds Alia Bhatt one of the best actresses in recent times.
She also said that she doesn’t usually cry in theaters but she cried after seeing him in ‘Raazi’. According to him, she is a really good actress.
Elaborating further, Sudha Murthy said that she is very serious about films and often talks about music, editing and other details.
Earlier, during his appearance on Kapil Sharma’s comedy show, Murthy revealed that when he saw ‘Veera-Zaara’, he told his daughter that if Dilip Kumar was younger, he would have done ‘Veer-Zaara’ and now Shah Rukh Khan is replacing him. According to him, only he can do this.
