Mandya: Three people, including the driver, died on the spot when a car collided with an SUV coming from the opposite side on the Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway in Gejjalagere village of Maddur taluk on Tuesday.

Police said the incident took place around 10.30 am when the driver of the SUV traveling from Mysore to Bengaluru lost control of the vehicle and rammed into the divider. Later, the SUV overturned in the opposite direction and hit the Mysore-bound car. The bodies have been sent to MIMS for postmortem.
Police said family members Accident The victims have been informed about the tragedy, and they will reach Mandya on Wednesday. Maddur traffic police have registered a case.
