Prayagraj: Leaders and workers of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (Gau Raksha- Kashi prant) have decided to serve cows at their respective gaushalas on January 22, offering them green fodder and jaggery between 12:20 pm and 2 pm, amid ‘jai shri Ram’ chant. Holding an important meet at Kydganj on Sunday, regional secretary (VHP -Gau Raksha) Lal Mani Tiwari, said, “Gau sevak of the Kashi prant have been asked to serve cows at their respective cow shelters on the occasion of consecration ceremony of lord Ram temple in Ayodhya on January 22.The event will be held around 500 gaushalas across 20 districts of Kashi prant”. To make event successful, VHP (Kashi prant – Gau Raksha wing) have formed 11-member teams at prant, vibhag, district and zone levels to reach cow shelters. All other workers will be lighting five diyas each at their homes. Gau shalas have also planned to organize Sundar Khand path .
